Pelican stars go into matchday 5 with 3 defeats conceding 9 goals without recording a single goal, they play host to Edo Queens who after introducing Nasarawa Amazons to the heat of the season with a 2-1 victory last Wednesday in Benin, fly into calabar in a plot to dense the hopes of the Pelican Stars from recording yet their first victory in this season.
Othe matches to look out for in group A is Nasarawa Amazons, as they take on Adamawa Queens in Lafia Township Stadium, and Confluence Queens will also play host to Niger Ratels in Lokoja.
In group B, Royal Queens go head to head against sunshine Queens in the city of warri, Delta State, while their neighbours Delta Queens head to Lagos in a prepared friendly battle against FC Robo Queens at Legacy Pitch in surulere. Not to forget the Niger Deltans representative, Bayelsa Queens will also look to grab a quick win against Abia Angels in Umuahia Township Stadium.
